i got tax refund in july 2018 for the year AY 2017-2018...so am to shOw that or not in this itr that i file now

If you got interest on income tax refund of AY 2017-18 you should show
Interest on refund must be offered under the head IFOS
because interest is income , but refund of income tax , is not part of your total income, so you have not to show it in your ITR
Refer to intimation received by you and there you will find refund and interest portion.
in ITR show interest on refund as income and refund (without interest) will not be shown in ITR
