Tax on Trading on Shares
I have been trading in the share market. I have been buying and selling in short term (less than 6 months). What is the income tax payable by me on my profit during the current year. Pl. clarify. Thanks

Short term capital Gain of listed equity shares (STT paid ) will be tax @ 15% as per section 111A of the Income Tax act 1961 .
