Whether we can claim exemption of HRA even if not claimed in Form 16?

Yes, You can claim HRA exemption at the time of filling income-tax return.
but it should be shown in form 16
There are many tax exemption and deduction which we don't claim in Form 16 but same can be claim at the time filling of ITR.
