I received honorarium (rs 1.2 Lakhs) during FY 2014-15 for my classes in a college. The college has not deducted TDS on this. Where I have to show in ITR ? please let me know whether i need to pay tax on this income..

Yes you have to pay tax on this income

Honorarium income can be shown under the head "other sources" and offered to tax where your total income income including it is greater than the non taxable limit.

Is it fully taxable or is there any exemption or deduction limit?

Fully taxable

Thanks A Lot Roopali Ma'am

If I get monthly honorarium from trust, under which head it is taxable?

TDS is not deducted by the trust.

If your income (honorarium) is taxable , then pay tax and submit your Income tax return before due date
It is income from other sources

Thank you!!

Wether I can claim expenses against this income?

Can income from part time home tuition to school kids & providing homeopathic medicine suggestion (not a fixed fee but whatever is given as token or even free) in a very irregular manner be shown as income from other sources, it being hardly a lakh in a year, besides interest from s/b & fd a/c, total being lease than 2.5, in itr-1. If yes, what descriptttion of other sources to be given. There is no other income in this case.
