Hi,

I want to know if we sell e-books online delivery via email to customer which tax will be applicable

VAT

Service tax

Please advise.

VAT is applicable on sale of goods. In your case, whether you sell physical books or e-books it's one and the same thing.

Service tax is not applicable in your case.
