Tax on Branch Transfer
When we transfer the goods from HO to Branch then what will be tax liability? Under existing low it is exampted against "F" form

Stock transfer in case of intra state is not taxable in gst regime provided both premises are registered in the same state. In case of interstate stock transfer you have to charge IGST as both are distinct taxable person in gst.
