Agricultural income of a Private Limited Company is exempt from tax.
What nonsense.......
Agriculture income is taxable 30.9 to any company and firm.
Income is exemp only for individual and huf provided certain condition specified there in.
But company shoud have to pay tax at mmr.

for indivisual, HUF and AOP/BOI partial integartion of income is applicable
