Tax liability on leave encashment
After serving 18 years I left my previous organisation 24th Oct 2014 and joined my present organisation on 1st November 2014. In my full & final settlement my previous employer paid my earned leave salary and given the tax benefit u/s 10AA.Am I eligible for that tax benefit as I am working in other organisation?

I think exemption can be given (after leaving job) u/s 10(10AA)(ii)
