can we issue a tax invoice for a non gst items like petrol diesel to registered person?

No... It's not under the purview of GST.

GST Tax Invoice can't suitable... Better to issue normal bill...

Agree with Raja sir... For Non gst supplies, gst invoice cannot be raised.
but the buyer is a gst registered person
