Tax implications of Mutual fund

are there any tax implications for withdrawal of my Mutual fund amount?
I have had Sip in a mutual fund which I want to withdraw, total amount being 4400.
are there any tax implications?
SIP's were for a period of 12 months.

If you withdrawal less than a year then @ 15% tax will be there
Yep taxable under capital gain, taxability will define by period of holding
In sip every installment you have made is considered as seperate investment and accordingly it is taxable

you can request capital gain statement from your mutual fund entity also
