Simple rule is If you can not generate any revenue to goverment then you can not take any benifits of credit or rebate whatever name called so in your case a big no

Guess u took it in a wrong way. There, i asked u to report spam to the asker. Cz it's tax free still sm1's asking foh a rebate. Dts hw it shud be spammed. Killing tym n space.

I think you are wrongly typed refund as rebate.
Your goods are Tax free then you don't want registration. But, You are registered then you purchased from URD then you can pay tax under RCM basis...
After you Can get Refund/Rebate as per GST rule.....
