I have filed a tax return for this year. Actually my earnings are were from tutions and interests.now i have get into a company and the comany pays tax on behalf of its' employees. So what to do now ? because i have previously filed a return and can't do anotherone.my home (from where i filed tax return) and working place are different.I can't pay taxes for both the places.help me.

I understand you have filed your income tax return for the last year (ie, apr 2011 to mar 2012) and after march 2012 you have joined a company. If you earn income from your tutions still, you will have to file the return, on salary + other income (like tuition fee etc). From the total tax payable, you can deduct the tax paid by the company on your behalf.
