we wrongly deposited tax in cess account institute of Sgst please help me what can I do

You ll be pay again the tax amount in correct head...
Also you can claim wrongly paid amount as refund...

Yes should do as Suggested by Raja Sir. You can't adjust from one head to other head once you paid, pay the tax to correct head & claim the refund for wrongly paid.
