as per 194B, TDS of 1% of the payment has to be deducted by the purchaser of the property, if total value of the property is 50 lakh or more

yes...if any one sells two immovable property costs 40lak and 40lak...and he pays 80lak by cheque...then tds 1% will apply ??????

As each of the property agreement/deed value being below 50 lakhs, I think, it will not be applicable.
