If tax deducted , deposition is a must and certificate.

No edit option.

the assessee s company deducted tds in 20-21. the same was not deposited in that year but they deposited now.

they have deposited only tax and not tax+interest.

how can the assessee claim the tds now? what precautions should one take..

==> Don't worry about that interest portion. It's theire liability.

Write a letter to Assessing Officer...
Take and Submit all necessary details...

Check out form 26As for confirmation of credit...
