GST registration documents

Since the landlord is refusing to give his PAN & Aadhaar, you can:

1.Use a self-declaration of the rental arrangement with the rent agreement, NOC, and electricity bill.

2. Provide an alternative proof  of premises ownership/occupation if the rent exceeds Rs.20,000/ month and PAN is needed. 

3. Check with your GST officer whether a lower-value rent exempts the PAN requirement.
