My TDS is deducted on my Income. But due to mistake of the deductor the last letter of my PAN no. entered wrongly due to with Income tax Deptt is refusing to accept my refund claim and showing a demand against me. what are the remedies available to me.

You may ask the deductor to revise the TDS return and rectify the mistake.

you should ask the deductor to revise the return.
but sir it was for year 2009-10 so how it can be revised

TDS return revisions are not time bound....can Revise.
Ask Employer to revise TDS Return...And Then get Your ITR Reprocessed
