Tax audit under section 44AB
If My turnover is less then 1 Crore but my profit is below 8% is it Tax Audit applicable? Reply with logic & Proofs

if your turnover is through cheques or digital mode then you can declare minimum 6%. If below 8% or 6% then tax audit is applicable
i am not talking about 44AD pls
No tax audit . File ITR 3
but they r not allowing to file ITR-3
tax audit is not applicable to you,if you are bussiness turnover not exceed 1 crore.
but you are claiming that you have profit less than 8%, so you can go for tax audit for showing lower income

not allowing to file ITR 3? what error message did you get at the time of filing?
