What is Tax Audit and what is the procedure to maintain it. If I need Tax Audit done for FY:2011-12 for which I have already filed ITR showing total FUTURE & OPTION purchase of 74.5 lacs and Sale of the same is 74 lacs thus loss of 50K. Can I prepare Tax Audit Report now and how to go about it
