  There is a provision to register as a non-resident dealer. Aperson residing out side TN can register under TN VAT Act. Generally, it is not convenient for works contractor,because you have to open a work site and store some goods there.Movement of goods in and out of a works site will become a problem for a non resident dealer.Composition is available for registered works contract dealers under TN VAT Act....MJK
