simply credit the donation account and debit the bank account

if pass above the entry is increased the encome and expenditure ? it's a trust sir received amount all are taken donation received.

to bank. 400000
in trust tally-

to donation received 40000
and when cheque bounced the above entry should be reversed in their respective books.
