How to made entries in tally for donations received in kind. Example. Mr. Suresh paid 10 bags of cement to school for construction work going on. 4 tanker of water sent .

If mr. suresh ask you for a receipt of the same, then u may have to lookout for the monetary value of the product given and then the case of entry arrives
If he is not asking for any receipt of donation then nothing.
