Dear All,
If we have acquire 62% holding in the target company as per notification dated 6.11.2009 in Regulation 11(2) of SEBI(SAST),1997 can we further aqcuire 5% without PA.
Kindly Clarify.

you can do so....you can further acquire 5% in your entir life time though market acqusition only
Dear krati,
But if we have already acquired 5% in this f.y and now hold 62% after acquisition can we now purchase 5% more under Regulation 11(2).
