What is syllabus applicable for the Nov 14 Law
what are the topics which are required to be covered from Companies Act 2013
there is no new module posted by the Institute so its very confusing, does anyone know what are the new provisions applicable for the forthcoming nov 14 exam
Go to icai website. You will get all the Updated SM PM which are applicable for Nov 14 exam. I even downloaded the same.

icai website is damn slow..
any other link for downloading PM's?
Abhishk, i use BSNL Dongle, and i took 40 minutes to download all chapters.
i ve downloaded the same bt still m in confusion, the first chap is the same old one. Institute has not updated it coz new sections are there for accounts and audit on Co. Act 2013. so is the module sufficient???????????
