SWOT Analysis - What about weaknesses and threats??

Guys,

In interviews, the SWOT analysis of oneself is generaly asked. We can easily cite some of the strengths (most common being Hard-working, Team player, Participative) but it is so hard to find out weaknesses? What are possibly the weaknesses that one can tell in the interview so that at the same time it does not create a negative impression on the Interviewer?

Also what could also be the Opportunities and the Threats that one can tell in an Interview?

Those are some generic keywords you got there which you can find in every other resume, get rid of those words from your head!

Think of some weakness of yours which can be beneficial for the interviewing company, like you are insomniac (just kidding). Simply areas where you need to improve which aren't exactly bad for the company.

Opportunities can be the offers from other companies, choose me quick or someone else will (again kidding). It can be like what benefits you can derive from being in that company/ position, etc.
