gst number suspend ho gaya hai , gst return nahi file karne ki wajah se,

pending gst return file kar diya to gst number active ho jaega kya

If there is no transaction then file NIL return. no further action required

Yes, the suspension of GSTIN will be revoked after the filing of the pending returns.

I had to file nil, but it shows 8000 per month penalty, what I have to do ,please suggest

If you want to Restore the GST Number you need to file All Pending GST Returns with Interest and Late Fee. 

And Once Returns are filed you can apply Online for Revocation of Suspension.
