Surrender of st2

Hi all,

Its very urgent. I registered myself with Service Tax Department just for the sake of getting a Proprietorship name for my sub-brokership firm. Since I am not liable to serivce tax, I just ignored my registration with service tax deptt. Now I am closing my sub-brokership firm. I want to surrender my ST2. Will there be any complications.

Plz help.
