how to cancel or surrender after getting fresh registration

now surrender form is not available in site so please wait.

First you need to complete all formalities of filing returns and clearing all dues.
file form GST REG -16.
Proper Officer will issue shows cause notice in GST REG -17
you will have to reply in Form GST REG -18
After being satisfied by your reply he will issue cancellation order in form GST REG-20

Then file GST REG 16 and satisfy Proper Officer of reason for opting for cancellation
