Surrender excess TDS amount

Is there any way to surrender the excess TDS amount deposited in a TAN?
TDS for FY 2016-17 completed in time. After processing it was found that excess amount was available in all challan. TDS was done through book adjustment. Now it was found that the excess amount belongs to another TAN. We want to surrender the excess amount. Is there any way to surrender or transfer the amount to the TAN?
