I am regular registered person in GST.
one of my potential customer is merchant exporters.
he is asking to give supply of goods a @ .1% .
while all my purchase belongs to 18% slab.
He being a exporter asking to do so. he is claiming that he is eligible for the same.
is it true.
should I deal .

yes but you have to take the supporting of export from customer
Yes .he is correct , but certain formalities need to be fulfilled before such supplies , hence for detail refer Notification .41/2017 IGST (r)
