Registration 159 views 1 replies

If supply is through e – commerce, then threshold exemption of Rs.20 Lacs is not available for supply of goods but threshold exemption is available for supply of services as per Notification No. 65/2017 'Central Tax. Is my understanding correct?

For E-Commerce Registration,
Sellers are required to get registered under GST irrespective of their turnover, i.e., even if it's less than the threshold limit. They are required to be registered for selling through the e-commerce platform as all e-commerce platforms require GSTIN at the time of registration as a seller on the platform.
