I have a factory at Maharashtra and Gujarat with different Gst no. and same PAN no.
I am sending raw material from maharashtra to gujarat for further process and same will be returned from gujarat to mahaarshtra as semi finished or finished goods.
Whether this will be treated as supply and prepare tax invoice or same can be treated as job work and transfer can be done with delivery challan?
