Supply of goods in intra state
My business is in gujarat. My turnover is below 20 lacs. I m not liable to take gst registration. Can i sale goods in other city of gujarat??

Yes, you can sell within Gujrat, but not outside Gujrat. Also if you don't register, you don't get tax credit on your purchase

Yes you can sell within gujrat state there is no need for any formalities for supplying within the gujrat state
if anish doesn't get register his sale can effect because almost registered dealers want to purchase from registered dealer.
Please check section 5 (4) of IGST ACT. It is still a debatable issue.
