One correction please. Kindly note the name of our Union Finance Minister is Sri P.Chidambaram and not Mr MA Chidambaram.
super rich tax is
new tax slab on very very high income
it can be 40% or more
in some countries it is 80% on income
but "Delhi abhi Door H"
govt need funds from these super riches, so they will not allow to pass the bill :)
