I started my articleship on 26-10-2012Then i took transfer on 15-10-2013My rejoining date as an article under another principle is 28-10-2013My Articleship completion date is 8-11-2015Am i elegible for appearing in may2015 ca final exam ?

No. You will not be eligible for may 2015 CA Final Exams as ur articleship will not complete on or before 31st october 2015.
I heard that there is a extra time clause. Like you work for extra hours after your articleship timing then your articleship period will be reduced by that much of days.
Please rply me as soon as possible because i have to register for CA final
From my knowledge extra time work by us will be allowed to setoff against excess leave taken and I have not heard about this that our articleship will get completed before 3 years if we had work for extra hours. If you have heard about this extra time clause then u better contact ICAI.
