Suggest me to gain concentration on my may 2015 exam.

PLEASE HELP ME TO GAIN INTEREST, COURAGE AND TO FOCUS

ON MY EXAM (MAY 2015).

At present I am studying for Group I but I didn’t get full concentration and I am not able to focus on studies If any Guest or any family matters I involved and speak/ chat about that. I make my mind everyday to focus on my studies But I failed. I know this exam is very important for me but I am not able to sit for studies atleast 10 hrs per day. I didn’t get full interest and seriousness on exam Why, I don’t Know? I think that I wrote 2 times this Group I exam and I failed in that. I don’t Know properly.

Whenever I didn’t get motivation I visit CCI club forums and get motivation, interest, Courage to my exam. Now I decided to post forum for my problems. Please Help me Friends to gain interest, strength, motivation to my studies and I want to write May 2015 Exam with full preparation to make my result PASS.

Dont worry chitra it takes time. Even I skipped my studies for 1 yr due to some health issues & even missed my first 2 final attemps last year.

This year I started my preparation in january & i was not getting interest to read, wasted almost 3 weeks sitting idle in front of books.

Now came the day of results 19th jan which turned my approch to studies, my friend who was with me all along these 5 yrs cleared her exams in nov (a big shock for me).

u dont belive me I almost wept for 2 days just thinking whats my life? am I fit for nothing? etc..

From that day I took my studies serious & I finished my group 1 within 1month.

I'm sorry if anyone think I'm boosting about myself.

But I thougt its necessary to share my experience.

So finally chitra just relax, think about ur dream, ur parents, ur friends who passed.

people might say I'm jealous about my friend"s achievement, but I feel being jealous is nothing wrong in competition & that too in competition for achieving ur dreams.

Firstly, you've to understand and appreciate the fact that it's not going to be easy. Now at this moment, I very strongly recommend you to set small time framed targets for every single day. You've to set a challenging target, but yet achievable (do not set too high targets though which aren't possible). And go after that target every single day as if your whole life depends on it (because it does). Also more importantly you've to completely refrain yourself from engaging in any activity which will unnecessarily waste your time like TV, hanging out with your friends, internet, etc. And finally take a break from your hectic study schedule once a week (it doesn't mean you shouldn't study anything on that day; it only means you've to let your mind and body relax and even if you study for 3-4 hours on that day, it will be fine).

If you follow this, I can almost guarantee you that you'll get through these exams without any problem. Good luck (Y)

Stick to your books for inspiration and no where else. No external inspiration will work. I've committed that mistake. Only repeatedly clinging to your books will build interest. Persist. Keep reading and reading even if you may not understamt . Slowly you will start enjoying. Please be a little patient. All the best.

Yup agreed with Kaushik.. watch Sandeep Sir's Video... and now just Listen to me.. I am also facing the Same Problem at present.. I have given Group 2 attempt only in last Nov 14..and I failed... It was my First Attempt... and I had only 2 months for preparation that..time .. i did give my 100% to that.. But after Failing I realised. .. its not easy clearing CA exams as it looks.. Like.. Clearing 14 Papers(IPCC & FINAL) and 3 years Articleship ONLY..!! I realised that Professional Courses are made us to make us be Professional not only in terms of Getting a DEGREE but in all ways.. We should LOOK, TALK, WALK, THINK like Professionals.. Chitra..its like Taking yourself at the Next Level.. Now lets come to your problem.. Seriously... At present I am facing the Same.. My situation is like DAY DREAMING non-sensible things DEAD in the present moment MY MIND is overtaking myself.. Now Listen to the solution.. Just forget about the Past.. If you think you Failed... and your friends Passed.. Then its ok.. Appreciate them.. Learn from them.. Don't Compare yourself with anyone.. You failed not because you are weak..but because you are different.. Remember if People working hard who passed then that is Success..but who failed and will pass later as you Gonna do, that will be more Than Success... Now Just do what I say.. Keep Calm... 😏 and start from small Goals.. Yeah..Small Goals.. How..?? Don't think you have to do the whole syllabus.. Just take a Book.. Keep a Small Goal..Like 2 pages.. A Point..or a half Chapter to complete in a Day.. You will see after completing it.. you will Gain a little Confidence.. Next Day do the same..continue it for a week.. Later you will get Interest in your books... Then Increase Goal per day... Thats all.. I want to say you many things... but i can't write whole thing here.. Your Current problem is No Focus..No Concentration. . For this watch Sandeep Maheshwari's " BASIC MEDITATION" Video.. You will learn there how to live in present Moment.. Its Very Simple... I hope.. My comment would help you in some way.. but just do as I say..first watch the video.. i promise.. it will help you a lot..Have faith.. Thanks..and Best of Luck..! ☺

Chitra u got lot of suggestion n all iz well.one thing I would like to say iz that many times when a person repeat the same work in same style then he get some irriration. U r doing same work from last 2 attempt so it may be happened same with u.see change ur study style thn u ll get enjoyment. U will ask How. Ans. We normally study 1st from study material n after that solve problem . Nw let it change.U take past xams papers or scanners and solve questions .dont see ans till u solved from your side. Where u stuck then see the whole concept from study material. Bcz of this exercise u will get challenge" ki yar 2 bar(attempt) karne par bhi mere se question solve kyun ni hua" It will keep u on study and past xams papers will also give you confidence as well as challenge .
