well since ur an intermeidate student u will first have to register in ipcc with payment of Rs10000/-(it may be more or less) then u will have to do information technology training and also orientation. After this u will be eligible to appear in ipcc . now weather u appear in 1 or both grps its immaterial since u have finishe ur articls.  But if u clear ur both the grps in any attemp u will get  ur final attemp within 6 months of passing of ipcc. Suppose u pass in may 2010 then u will get attemp in Nov 2010 for final ca.  All the best.
