What is the time limit for depositing the share subsription amount in the companies bank account a newly incorporated company where the company is also liable to file form INC 20A???
Company is private company having share capital of 100000.
Can the subscribers deposit the subcription amount stated in MOA within the date of filing declaration through form INC 20A.??
