Can anyone tell me which is the form available to submit the Petition to ROC?? Is it Form-61 or Form-62?? As per my view It must be Form-62.

Petitions are made to judicial or quasi judicial authorities.
ROC is not any of them. Applications are made to ROC in form 61.
