You can is either one of them. Section 2 clause 62 is normally used.

Sec 2 Subsection 62 is mostly preferred

because with section 2 is known as definition section

in my opinion when we read the section and subsection then both are related with each other like Sec. 5 (2) related with each other and when we read section and clause then they are not related with each other like section 2 (62) not related with each other since section 2 about definition and subsection 62 about the opc. am I right?
