QUERRY: When we form a subsidiary or group company then generally its registered office address is same as that of Holding company. Then in this case is it necessary to enter into sub rent/sub lease agreement with the subsidiary/group company for registered office address?
As the Auditors may ask for supporting documents that on what basis we are showing a particular place as registered office of the Company?
