I Have registered for my CA Final in october But i have not yet received my Study Material ....Plz hel me in resolving the issue

Hello Sowmya,
It is advisable to you to visit your nearby ICAI institute. you can clarify the situation there and if they don't have issue you the material than you can go there with the receipt of deposit of fee of ca final and they will issue you the material with immediate effect.

Thank You, Arpit Pachisia for the reply.....actually iam a student of southern region but i have sent the application by post to Delhi ....i got the registration letter ...when i contacted chennai regarding this issue they advised me to contact Delhi as i have registered there but when i made a call to Delhi they r insisting to call to Chennai as am the student of southern region .....e sahayatha of ICAI also answered the same to contact Delhi...Plz help me what to do

well, they are correct. when you are student of southern region than you need to register in chennai only but you register in delhi which is for northern region.
now I can also advice you to talk to Delhi office, clarify them the situation, as only they can send your study material to chennai office from where you can collect it.

Ya, I made a call to Delhi office but they r suggesting me to contact chennai office ...but Chennai people are suggesting to call to Delhi....that is the main problem here......

Well than, you had no option go to chennai office, give them registration receipt and ask them to allot you ca final books. No matter you are registered where, they will allot you books.
But first go to icai office, need not to call them again and again and ask for the study material.
