Strategy to get 50 both in SFM and Financial Reporting

Hi Friends,

I want to understand the strategy to score 50 both in Financial Reporting and SFM, if i cover following topics in each paper.

Financial Reporting 

Accounting Standards, Carve in Carve Out, VAS, EVA, MVA, Human Resource, Valuation of Goodwill, and Shares, ESOP.

SFM 

Dividend Decision, Mutual Funds, Merger, Forex, Lease, Some part of derivatives also, Theory.

As time is  very limited so wanted to take your views whether this will be enough or do i need to include any other chapter as well in both the papers.
