i have two gst registration one in telangana and second one is andhra i have to tranfer my stock from my another branch in andhra so how can i trasnfer my stock and it comes under tax rate or not?

As per section 25 CGST act , both treated as distinct person so,
Yes , you have to issue Tax Invoice & charge GST
