DON'T YOU THINK  THAT OUR STIPENDS NEEDS SOME INCREMENT??????? ATLEAST 2000

The council has already approved the doubling of stipends but the proposal is with the ministry concerned. Unless the ministry approves it and issues the notification, ICAI cannot officially effect a change.
