Dear all Colleagues,
i want to express my views on stipend distrinution policy of ICAI.
Presently stipend is given to articles on time basis. but in my sense this is wrong and the institute should pay stipend on seniority basis
that is more to CA Final Students than CA Inter student
and stipend rates should also be reviced to two times i.e. double.
please support me for all of us.

Dear lajpat stipend has already been revised to twice by ICAI. But they are waiting for Central Govt, approval (as the stipend rate is governed by The chartered accountants Regulation )
further i think it is impossible to fix seniority basis because "seniority" d as many person who passes 2 / 3 years before is still in PCC and those who cleared after CPT them will be appearing in CA final so it is difficult to define seniority, Further in case of termination a the term seniority is not easy to define.
make things simple even it is 99% rational and 1% irrational
rather then 100% rational and 100% complex

BUT THE BASIC POINT IS THAT "ICAI SHOULD INCREASES THE STIPEND AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE,BECAUSE WE OUTSTATION STUDENT ARE UNABLE TO COPE WITH RASINING INFLATION."..THE PRINCIPAL IS GIVING STIPENED AS PER THE RULES OF INSTITUE,WHICH IS VERY MUCH LOW.WE ARE UNABLE TO SUSTAIN IN THE CITIES & WE HAVE TO DEPEND ON OUR FAMILY,EVEN FOR OUR BASIC REQUIRMENTS". |
