Please guide me through about statutory compliances needed for setting up a BPO. Other than service tax registration what else is required for starting up a BPO

In this regard various taxable services are involved for BPO and other taxable services are to be arise under Reverse Charge Mechanism i.e. Business Support Services. So that it is requested to you plz brief your all taxable service or non taxable services without these information we are cannot explain the same issues. Further plz check the non taxable service in Mega Exemption Notification vide 25/2012 w.e.f. from 01.07.2012 and also read vary carefully Negative List through CBEC.GOV.IN. Hope after subject to matter study got you fruitful result in this regard rest queries plz forward the same.
