Hi,
If a company X is selling its assets and transfering (resignation, full and final settlement, then hired in the new co) employees to another company Y, will companyX need to file or notify MCA about this ? Any other notifications of any kind ?

You have to pass special resolution u/s 180(1)(a) of Companies Act 2013 if it is an 'undertaking' and file MGT.14.
