Statutory audit process

Auditor is appointed by the company in the AGM from the the conclusion of that AGM to the concluson of the next AGM,except in case of casual vacancy due to resignation of the Auditor where in an AGM boards has no powers and only Shareholders can appoint the auditor.
within 7 days the auditor accepts the appointment.
aftter that the co. files Form 23 B with teh ROC to confirm such appointment.
