Is there any requirement for stat audit like tax audit & internal audit. If yes Pls tell me wat it is.

Internal Audit is not compulsory. External Audit is essential for companies.
 

And Tax Audit is mandatory when sale turnover exceeding Rs.40 Lakhs

i think there is no such mandatory requirement for stat audit.

but it is beneficial if stat audit is being done.
